Room hire is available for content creators and private functions from £75 per hour for full venue and £35 per hour for sectioned room or area*

Maybe you would like private pictures in our dungeon, or get creative in our Kawaii room, get them glamour shots in our jacuzzi area, whatever you want to create, we can provide the facilities.

We also have access to professional in-house host and events photographers, specialising in the adult content promotion industry, such as OnlyFans and Instagram, Tik Tok etc, enquire directy for details.

Private events
We are very strict on who we allow to host private events, due to our strict security measures and door policy.
Private events are considered by strict arrangement with the owner - available for an agreed rate upon pre-contractual room-hire agreement.
All events require a staff member present in the reception area only for fire, safety and for insurance and policy purposes.
Max 10 guests overnight.

Larger group, such as stag, promotion and hen dos are considered with insurance policy applied.
